APPOINTMENT CANCELLATION
When you book your appointment, you are holding a space on our calendar that is no longer available. If you are 15 minutes late that is considered a cancellation which will result in a $50 cancellation fee applied.
LATE FEE
If you are more than 10 minutes late for your appointment , there will be $25 fee applied.
